Australian Grand Prix – Race


Melbourne, 15 March – Scuderia Ferrari secured a podium finish in the Australian Grand Prix, courtesy of a third place for Sebastian Vettel, after the 58 laps of the first round of the season. Starting from fourth, the German finished behind the Mercedes duo of Lewis Hamilton and Nico Rosberg. In the other SF15-T, Kimi Raikkonen had to retire on lap 40, because of a problem during his second pit stop. There is now a two week break before the next round in Sepang over the weekend of 29th March.
