Danish labour minister visits Ferrari

In the afternoon Danish labour minister Claus Hjort Frederiksen visited the Ferrari Works in Maranello. Frederiksen, who is in Italy for taking part in the meeting "Cambiare per Crescere", organized by Confidustria in Turin, wanted to embrace the opportunity and visit Ferrari in Maranello.
The minister was shown different parts of the Ferrari Works, especially the Nuova Meccanica, opened in the year 2002, and the department of product development, opened in 2004, but also the area dedicated to the Scuderia Ferrari, where he Stefano Domenicali, Director of the Scuderia, explained the details.
During his visit the Danish minister has also been introduced to the main initiatives of the Formula Uomo program at Ferrari, set up to improve, amongst other things, quality of work and industrial safety.
