60 Years Ferrari: Massa and Raikkonen triumphantly end the Ferrari 60 Relay celebrations, together with 1,000 cars of the Prancing Horse in Maranello

Maranello, 23rd June 2007

A worldwide unique relay, with 103 stages through 42 countries on five continents: after 145 days of travelling the baton with the 60 symbols, representing the 60 most important events in the history of the brand, came back home to its birthplace, to Maranello.
Today, accompanied by more than 1,000 cars from Ferrari - certainly a record - the baton officially arrived at 12 o'clock on the Fiorano race track on board of a 125S, the first Ferrari ever built, with the two Scuderia drivers, Kimi Raikkonen and Felipe Massa, behind the wheel, followed by 52 Spiders - representing each market where the Prancing Horse is present these days.

10,300 cars from Ferrari, with every model and from every era, participated in the journey around the world, while the "Ferrari 60 Relay" was welcomened in each of the countries it passed with a gift dedicated to Ferrari - such as a Pelè-autographed Brazil football shirt or a jade interpretation of the Prancing Horse from China and a porcelain version of Michael Schumacher's racing helmet from Germany, signed by the former driver and handed over in Berlin. The 58 gifts are to be put to a charity auction and the money will be donated to children's hospitals in Modena and Bologna.

On the occasion of the conclusion of the "Ferrari 60 Relay" the first Ferrari Web TV goes online. FerrariworldTV is the official site for all internet users and Ferrari employees, through which it will be possible to watch the most important photos of the company's history and of the cars, which have contributed to form the legend of the Prancing Horse over the last 60 years.
