Misano: World Superbike Race 2 - Summary
Troy Bayliss has done the double in front of 68,000 spectators at Misano, winning both World Superbike races. Nori Haga was second, Max Biaggi third, Yukio Kagayama fourth, Troy Corser fifth and James Toseland sixth.
Bayliss led the race from the opening laps. Toseland initially held fourth place but slipped back after challenges from Biaggi and Kagayama. While Bayliss eased away at the front Biaggi was making his way through the field to eventually claim third place.
