First day of testing this week for Scuderia Ferrari Marlboro, working today at the Vallelunga circuit, near Rome.

Felipe Massa began a development programme with the V8 engine, at the wheel of an F2004. The Brazilian driver ran on a new version of the Roman circuit, covering a total of 46 laps. The best time on the day was a 1.14.366.

Testing at this circuit continues tomorrow, again with Felipe Massa on track.
