Monza: Superbike Final Qualifying - Summary
Regis Laconi jumped to the front of the provisional grid for tomorrow’s World Superbike races after posting a 1:45.593 lap in the final minutes of the second qualifying session. James Toseland did not improve on his time from yesterday (1:45.953) and remains in second place.
Nori Haga (1:46.097) is third, ahead of significantly improved times from Max Biaggi (1:46.155), Robbi Rolfo (1:46.173) and Troy Corser (1:46.277). Troy Bayliss (1:46.361) is seventh and Karl Muggeridge (1:46.462) rounds out the second row in eighth place.
The final starting grid for tomorrow’s races will be decided in Superpole, which takes place at 16:00 CET / 15:00 BST this afternoon and will be shown live on www.WorldSBK.tv
