Whilst waiting for Australian GP, Ferrari inaugurates its sporting season

Waiting for the Australian GP, the first race of the Formula One calendar 2007, next Sunday in Melbourne, Australia, meanwhile, the Prancing Horse over the last weekend inaugurated its sporting season with the start of the Ferrari Challenge Trofeo Pirelli North America. Mike Zoi (Team Shelton) and Lawrence Stroll (Ferrari of Quebec) won the first two races of the championship, open to the F430 for Maranello, on the Homestead Speedway in Miami, Florida. The event was made complete by the exhibition of the F1 Clienti race cars and the sessions of the exclusive FXX program. The Ferrari Challenge North America will compete next at the Infineon Raceway in California on the 13th until the 15th April, while the Italian and the European series will have their debut at the Autodromo in Monza on the weekend of 25th March.
