First race of a Lamborghini Gallardo GTR next weekend at Nürburgring!
"The Gallardo is a fantastic sportscar , our goal is to show off its potential in front of a big crowd", says Kitzerow.
The two Lamborghini enthusiasts asked known racecar builder Reiter Engineering to build a race ready Gallardo to VLN regulations. The result is a fantastic sportscar , powered by a five litre engine pulling out 500hp. Another proven partner is Lingmann Motorsport : The VLN experienced squad is supporting the team trackside while team principals Rösler & Kitzerow will also drive the car.
DThe goal for the first outing is to get more testing kilometers on the car, a first shakedown at the Eurospeedway Lausitz can be considered as success :
"The car felt very good, although we still have a lot to learn", says Rösler. The expectations for 2006: "Good results during the VLN Season, and to survive the Nürburgring 24hrs 2006. And maybe , if we are a little lucky , a spot in the Top 10".

We are convinced of our team's performance capabilities without any support from the Lamborghini works.
Our Gallardo GTR has been developed and constructed together with Reiter-Engineering.
Already in the run-up we drove some thousand test kilometres on the "Nordschleife" (North-Loop) with our two series cars, in order to find any weak spots. We put all our experiences into the development of the Gallardo GTR, in order to drive a reliable car as possible from the beginning on the circuit, without any teething troubles.
Our successful roll out at 08th of October 2005 on the "Nordschleife" (North-Loop) in the context of the BF Goodrich long-distance cup without any problems (position 2 class SP 8, position 14 over all classement) underline this.
We delegated the servicing of our Gallardo GTR at the circuit to Lingmann Motorsport. Herbert Lingmann's team is very experienced and has, for many years, successfully serviced several race cars for the BF Goodrich long-distance cup, the 24h-race as well as the Alfa-Cup.
All activities are coordinated by Lambo-Racing. The drivers in the long-distance cup as well as in the 24h-race 2006 will be Stephan Rösler and Andreas Kitzerow. Two further drivers will support our team in the 24h-race.
