FIA GT - ZHUHAI PARADE
On Thursday, four cars from the FIA GT Championship took part in a parade from the Zhuhai International Circuit to the city centre.
The Vertigo, the GPC Sport Ferrari 360 Modena, the Proton Porsche 996 GT3 RS and the nr 66 GruppeM Porsche 996 GT3 RSR first stopped on Jiuzhou Cheng(Jiuzhou Town), the place which witnessed the first street race taking place in China, in 1994 in the context of the BPR Endurance GT Series.
The cars and drivers then reached the Holiday Inn Hotel where spectators could watch the cars and ask the drivers for autographs.
The FIA GT Championship round of Zhuhai is very well promoted both in Hong Kong and in China. More than 100 publications have been accredited as well as 5 radio stations and 20 TV stations.
