The last race of the Ducati Desmo Challenge was run in Misano the 6th, 7th and 8th of October.
Alessio Aldrovandi took Valter Bartolini's place (who was engaged in the Supermotard championship) and with the MILLONA FACTORY he immediately become the main protagonist, until friday's free practice.
In spite he was driving for the first time a MILLONA, Aldrovandi conquered the pole position with an incredible 1.41.733, behind him Paolo Bentivogli (Bimota DB5) with 1.43.273.
The NCR's rider has dominated the race, from the first lap to the last, with a race pace really incredible (1.42.4) although the low temperature of the track and the not  so good weather conditions.
At the end Paolo Bentivogli recorded an heavy 13 seconds time interval from the MILLONA. A great race for Aldrovandi, for MILLONA and for NCR CORSE team because the results were extremely positive and convincing.
With this race NCR team has won 5 times out of 6 (considering also the Supertwins championship), a very rich booty that describe the NCR MILLONA's aim, a complete package that can be adapted to different riders with different driving styles and not only to professional riders. To be noticed Enrico Martini's 4th place , on MILLONA ONE SHOT, that gives him the possibility to take the 2nd place in the DDC championship behind Paolo Bentivogli! The roman architect 56 years old has also conquered the 1st place in the Gentleman category. These are great scores for this gentleman rider who, thanks to his MILLONA, has gained high level results, improving his racing style too.


To be reward also Giuliana Teverino (MILLONA S) who conquered the woman category and also Fabrizio Tinti (MILLONA ONE SHOT) that gained the rookie category. He lost the 2nd place in the DDC championship because of his crash during the last race in Vallelunga, that didn't give him the possibility to run in Misano. Tinti has gained the 4th in the DDC champhionship.

A very positive balance fot NCR CORSE team that won 3 times out of 5 (absent in the other 2 races) of the DDC championship with the Factory riders Bartolini and Aldrovandi, and 3 category's titles: Rookie, Gentleman and Woman.
Great satisfaction for Enrico Martini that has gained the 2nd place of the championship behind the professional rider Paolo Bentivogli and many congratulations to Fabrizio Tinti for his 4th place in the DDC championship. Two NCR gentleman riders in the first four positions of the Ducati Desmo Challenge championship.
