Race 1. Difficult conditions characterised race 1 in the final round of the European FIA GT3 championship. The rain began to fall as the two Maserati GranSport Lights took up their positions on the grid. Palma-Sperati, having finished in 21st after the first qualifying session, came tenth. Demegni-Bellin, who began from 31st, were aiming to get their car to the finish. The opening stages saw Roberto Sperati climb to ninth as he set a fastest lap time of 2'24"1 just before handing over to Andrea Palma. Andrea Demegni got off to a fine start but made a mistake that saw him run off the track. He managed to make his way back to the pit lane but he was out of the running for the race. The other Trident car proceeded on its way as Palma excelled at the end to claim a place in the top ten of the thirty-one competitors.

Race 2. Wet weather also fell during the second round of the weekend. In an incident-free race, the Maserati GranSport Lights finished in 17th and 21st places with Sperati-Palma and Bellin-Demegni, respectively. The crews began from 26 and 33 on the grid.

"A positive season has been wrapped up", declared the head of AF Corse, Amato Ferrari. "Our Maserati GranSport Lights proved to be very reliable. The comparisons with other similar vehicles were also good and the spirit of the championship was upheld".
