Hazardous Sports 500KM Race Distance Award

GT Association is presenting a special award - "Hazardous Sports 500KM Race Distance Award" at the 6th Round of this season's SUPER GT, "35th International Pokka 1000km" to be held on the 19th and 20th of August 2006 at the Suzuka Circuit.

This award is supplied by American company "Hazardous Sports", a sports wear company with its roots in motor sports. This award shall go to the top GT300 and GT500 team at the 500km (87 laps) stage. The award consists of money prize along with a gift certificate for "Hazardous Sports" goods.

Also, we have the pleasure to welcome 6 members from the "Hazardous Sports" who have come to visit our event and personally present the award to the winners at the podium (prior to the provisional podium ceremony)

"Hazardous Sports", established in 2003, is a high-performance products and active wear with its roots in motorsports. This company, which is based in Chicago, Illinois, also participates in the IMSA race category. The crew has traveled to this event to meet and interact with the local staff.
