Moscow, 23rd June 2006

Ferrari and Maserati's second showroom in Russia was inaugurated today. After the opening in 2004 of the dealership in the exclusive Tretyakovskiy Proezd area, the Prancing Horse and the Trident celebrated the arrival of their new showroom situated in the Barvikha Luxury Village.

In the presence of numerous journalists and 700 guests, Ferrari's Granturismo General Director, Amedeo Felisa, its Commercial and Marketing Director, Andrea Bozzoli and Maserati's Commercial Director, Giancarlo Binetti, cut the ribbon to official open the new dealership. The showroom is situated in an area that houses the world's most prestigious brands.

Ferrari presented to the press and its Russian clients the new 599 GTB Fiorano. The 12 cylinder berlinetta is the most highly-performing production car ever developed at Maranello. It is equipped with the most advanced technology Ferrari has ever applied on a two-seater with a centrally mounted engine. The car sets new standards in sportiness, handling and design.

Maserati, on the other hand, displayed two new versions of the Maserati Quattroporte, the Sport GT and the Executive GT, and announced a further expansion on Russian soil with a larger distribution network.

Ferrari and Maserati have had a presence in Russia since 2004 and are represented by the Mercury group.
