Pole for Caso and Postiglione at Mugello in Ferrari Challenge

The Mugello International Circuit (Florence) today hosted qualifying for the fourth round of this season's Italian Ferrari Challenge Pirelli Trophy. The one-make series is now in its fourteenth year and this season sees the F430 making its debut, along with a few 360 Modena, still eligible in 2006.
In the grid for the F430, pole positions in the main class were shared between Dario Caso (CDP) and Vito Postiglione (Stile F,) while among the gentlemen drivers racing in the Shell Cup, the best times in the double qualifying session were set by Salvatore Insigne (team Maranello) and Cristian Francescon (team Forza,) respectively. Of the 360 Modenas, the quickest in both sessions ahead of tomorrow's races was Lorenzo Bontempelli (Rossocorsa.)
Tomorrow's programme will get underway at 10.30 with the first race of the Ferrari Challenge Pirelli Trophy (digital terrestrial Premium 5 channel on the Mediaset network is showing all races live and exclusive.)
