HOUSTON EVENT INFORMATION

Mandatory IMSA Officials, Champ Car Officials and Team Managers Meeting The purpose of this meeting is to discuss the logistics of sharing pit spaces and pit lane ingress / egress. The meeting will be held in the meeting room across from race control on the second floor of Reliant Arena at 9:00 A.M. on Wednesday, May 10 th. Restrictions • No smoking ordinances will be strictly enforced by the Fire Marshal. • The fire Marshals have the authority to fine or arrest violators. • Smoking is prohibited in the following areas: -- Any tent or awning -- Any part of the Arena -- Within 25' of any flammable liquid • Anyone operating a motor vehicle, scooter, golf cart, or any kind of ATV must have a valid drivers license. • No charcoal grills or similar device that permits an open flame. • All gas grills must pass inspection by the Fire Marshal before use. • All waste fluids must be disposed of in proper disposal areas in the American Le Mans Series and Star Mazda paddocks.
