10/03/06 - N.TECHNOLOGY, MAGNY-COURS TESTING SESSION


N.Technology completed today a two days testing session in Magny-Cours.
Changing weather conditions in any case concurred to define car set up and to test moreover rain tyres. Augusto Farfus Jr. and Gianni Morbidelli were at the wheel of the Alfa Romeo 156 Super 2000. Together with Salvatore Tavano they will be at the start of FIA WTCC next 2nd April in Monza.
03/03/06 - N.TECHNOLOGY AT THE START OF 2006 FIA WTCC
N.Technology will be at the start of the second edition of the FIA World Touring Car Championship with three Alfa Romeo 156 Super 2000 cars. The drivers will be the Brazilian Augusto Farfus Jr. and the Italian Gianni Morbidelli and Salvatore Tavano


The Team, directed by Mauro and Monica Sipsz, that from 1991 to today took part - with touring cars - to 400 races with the score of 140 wins, 133 second places, 101 third places, 96 pole positions plus 15 Overall Titles, can continue the successes in this season with a three stars formation.
Augusto Farfus Jr. (aged 22) won the European Formula 3000 Championship in 2003 and will drive Alfa Romeo 156 Super 2000 for the third year in row.
He had his first win of his career with touring cars in Macau, during the last event of FIA WTCC 2006. Gianni Morbidelli (36) is back to drive an Alfa Romeo car, after the 155 of the Italian Touring Car Championship in 1993.
He has a strong experience in all the classes of motorsport, having also raced 6 seasons of Formula One Championship, driving also for Ferrari.
Salvatore Tavano (26) raced both in Italy and Europe, being able to win in 2003 the Italian Superproduction Championship with an Alfa Romeo 147.
He completes his racing experience with this passage to the maximum class of touring cars.
In the meantime testing sessions are still going on. N.Technology will be engaged in Magny-Cours next 21st and 22nd March and will attend another two days in Monza for the presentation of the Championship.
