Tyre and aerodynamic testing for Alonso

Fernando Alonso had a busy morning, during the second day of development testing for the F150, at Cheste’s “Ricardo Tormo” circuit, near Valencia. The Spanish driver began by tackling a series of aerodynamic tests, aimed at gathering vital data to analyse the behaviour of the new car. Then, in the second part of the morning, which saw the session interrupted several times by cars stranded out on track, Fernando concentrated on carrying out a comparison test between various types of Pirelli tyre. In total, the F150 has so far completed 59 laps, with a best time of 1.13.307, which at 14h00 was the quickest of the day.
