Ferrari Chairman Luca di Montezemolo left this morning and will arrive in India in the evening, where he will attend several meetings with local partners and entrepreneurs.
For the Ferrari Chairman it will also be an occasion to examine the situation. India will soon be part of the Ferrari orbit, when – between the end of 2010 and early 2011 – the first official dealership will be opened. It still has to be decided if the dealership will be situated in Mumbai or New Delhi, even if Ferrari will very likely be present in both cities by the end of next year.
With the opening of the Indian market, Ferrari will be present in 58 countries around the world.
