Chinese GP - Tough challenge in Qualifying

Red Bull’s Mark Webber was fastest in the third and final free practice session for the Chinese Grand Prix, just ended here at the Shanghai International Circuit. Next up was the McLaren of Lewis Hamilton (1.35.564) followed by the other Red Bull of Sebastian Vettel (1.35.691.) A few minor problems slowed progress for the two Ferrari men, who only managed two runs. There was no quick lap from Felipe Massa on his way to ninth on the time sheet in 1.36. 416, completing 11 laps, while Fernando Alonso was also none too happy with his 13 laps, the best being a 1.35.857, which was good enough for fifth. The pace of the Red Bulls and McLarens suggests it could be a particularly tough qualifying session for Scuderia Ferrari Marlboro. The grid deciding session for this fourth round of the Formula 1World Championship kicks off in under two hours.
