MASERATI CLUB OF JAPAN - Best event for the 16th Maserati Day

These last days of fall and early winter have been sprinkled with some great car events.
In late November, 16th Maserati Day took place in the goldh landmark place of Tokyo.
After registration and distribution of event schedules we departed from the hotel to enjoy our
gParade Run and Concours DfEleganceh. We had our Concours at Tokyo Tower which is one of
the most famous landmark of the City, when the best of Maserati V-8s, V-6s and straight-6 were
displayed and run. Top honor for the Best of Show (Grande Prix) went to Mr. Mitsuhiro Beniko,
Tokyo for his beautiful and well-prepared Mistral.

In the late afternoon we returned to the hotel and then had a special dinner party in a very
nice banquet room . Dott. Adolfo Orsi from Modena who invited our club spoke of the current
status of vintage Maseratis especially about market and car restoration.
During the session we all enjoyed a nice dinner including wine, slice of our Trident cake,
pleasant conversation with old and new acquaintances.
After dinner, club members reassembled for an elegant evening of Italian wine and cheese.

The next day we enjoyed a nice lunch party and socializing.
Then Mr.Ekko, chairperson of MCJ, closed the event by remembering and thanking the sponsors
who made it possible for us to hold gMaserati Dayh.
In summary, all our enthusiasts brought back lots of unforgettable memories of the event to
their garage!
