Grand Opening for the new Ferrari Store in Bucharest

The first Ferrari Store in Romania was inaugurated today downtown Bucharest, in Calea Victoriei. A special selection of Ferraris was displayed in front of the store, and framed the grand opening ceremony, with
Massimiliano Ferrari, Ferrari Licencing and Retail Director, Ion Bazac, President of Forza Rossa, and Giancarlo Fisichella, Ferrari driver, who officially inaugurated the store, cutting the ribbon. Fisichella then signed the counter and greeted the numerous fans.
“Ferrari is a dream and a whole ensemble of special values: sportivity, fun to drive, performance, excellence and quality. Values that Ferrari has been cultivating for more than 60 years. There is a true effervescence for the Ferrari spirit and lifestyle among its fans, passionates and owners, despite age and status. By opening the Ferrari Store in Bucharest, all these values get closer to its many followers in Romania, who have now the possibility to own and complete the emotion of the brand”, stated Ion Bazac, President Forza Rossa.
The around 500 square metre Ferrari Store is spread over three levels, with six communicating windows providing a fascinating view of the Ferrari experience already from the street. Developed entirely by the Studio Iosa Ghini, its concept sees it as
much as a homage to the history and spirit of Ferrari’s twin souls of racing and luxury as a straightforward store. A replica F1999 single-seater welcomes visitors as they enter. Each area has thus been carefully designed as a special, one-off space in which shoppers can truly embrace the Ferrari experience. It will offer a wide selection of products from the Prancing Horse ranges for GT owners and enthusiasts, to those dedicated to Ferrari fans.
The Bucharest Ferrari Store joins the other prestige Prancing Horse retail locations around the world, including those in Milan, Rome and Venice (Italy), London (UK), Barcelona (Spain), Athens (Greece), San Francisco and Miami (USA), Macao (China)
and Dubai (UAE), the largest in the world, recently inaugurated. Ferrari Store Bucharest will be managed by Forza Rossa, the company part of Forza Rossa Group, the official dealer of Ferrari in Romania. The Ferrari Store development programme
includes plans to bring the number of openings to more than 60 over the next two years in Europe, America, and the Middle and Far East.
