ALMS – Ferrari endurance triumph

After last night’s victory at the Petit Le Mans, the spectacular race held at the Road Atlanta circuit in Georgia – the ninth round of the prestigious American Le Mans Series - the Risi Competizione team from Houston received the title for the team, which represented Ferrari the best in the Gran Turismo competitions over the last ten years.
After the victory at the 12 Hours of Sebring and the 24 Hours of Le Mans, winning the 10-hour race, which was hit by constant rain, represents the successful completion of a long series of incredible success.
The race had been interrupted for four hours due to the terrible weather and track conditions. At the end the F430 GT2 - with extraordinary Jaime Melo, Pierre Kaffer and Mika Salo behind the wheel - crossed the line eighth in the overall classification and first in their class.
