Building on the experience of previous European Trofeo championships, Maserati can offer a unique motorsport experience to all racing customers and gentlemen drivers.
The Trofeo GranTurismo MC retains the organisational format that has made previous championships such a success.
Registration provides the participants with a full package including all organisation and technical services.
The participants can enter the Trofeo GranTurismo MC as “Single Driver” or as “Two Drivers Team” with a teammate.



Starting in April 2010, the Trofeo GranTurismo MC will comprise of 7 events, on prestigious European race circuits, with a pre-season dynamic test, to allow all drivers to familiarise themselves with the new car and with the technical staff.

Each event is based on 3 days:
- Friday: Free practice session - 1 x 40’
- Saturday: Qualifying sessions - 2 x 20’
- Sunday: Races - 2 x 40’ (38’ + 1 lap)

The entry package includes:
- Championship registration (1 pre-season test + 7 races)
- Use of one car for all races
- Full technical and logistic support by the Organisation
- Tyres, petrol and consumable parts
- Spares and labour for the car’s regular maintenance
- Technical assistance on track
- Access pass and hospitality for one driver and one guest
- 1 Race apparel kit and 1 Teamwear kit
- Private sponsors logo space on the car (as long as no conflict with the official sponsors)
- Availability of all official photo/video footage
- Kasko insurance at special terms
- Possibility to access to exclusive “Hospitality Programs” and “Promotion Programs”
- Special discounts on Official Maserati Collections

Cost of the entry package for the entire season:
- 162.000,00€ + tax, (Single Driver)*
- 168.000,00€ + tax, (Twin Drivers)*

Cost of the entry package for the single race:
- 22.000,00€ + tax, (Single Driver)*
- 23.200,00€ + tax, (Twin Drivers)*

Cost of the entry package for the entire season for the GranTurismo MC GT4:
- 45.000,00€ + tax

Cost of the entry package for the single race for the GranTurismo MC GT4:
- 8.500,00€ + tax, (Single Driver)*

All the documents related to the admission request must be sent to Maserati Corse, attention of “Ufficio Selezione Piloti Trofeo GranTurismo MC 2010”, Viale delle Nazioni 60, 41100 Modena, Italy.
The required documents are:
- Completed admission form request
- Racing curriculum, updated to 2009
- Copy of the International Racing License (minimum requirement: Type C)
- 4 passport size pictures (2.5 x 3.0 cm)

All drivers selected by Maserati will receive the registration contract, including the technical and sporting regulations and the payment terms, to be returned to Maserati Corse completed and signed by the participant.


The series calendar counts seven races on some of the most famous circuits in Europe.
These events are always held in tandem with top draw world motor-racing championships like the WTCC and the Italian GT championship. Drivers in the series compete in the Maserati GranTurismo MC, a model that derives directly from the roadgoing GranTurismo S but with more power and track ready kit. A group test session will be held to allow drivers to get to know the car.
